As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your items(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order and typically takes 5-10 days to arrive. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Orders@TopShelfHomeBars.com.
Any product that arrives damaged can be returned with no fee and replaced or refunded entirely. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Returns@TopShelfHomeBars.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. See below for more specifics on treating damaged products from each brand.
Cancellations & Refunds
Each brand carries their own policy on cancellations and refunds. Please refer below to policy by brand:
- Acme: Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in Acme’s Original Boxes without any writing on the box. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 30 days. After 30 days there is no service agreement. No Exception. Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise with a copy of an invoice or information on the order. We will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items.
- Anderson Teak: If you are not satisfied with the product, it may be returned in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 7 days of product arrival. After 7 days, there is no service. Pictures are required to claim merchandise defectiveness, and any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in Anderson Teak original boxes and without writing on the box.
- Authentic Models: Buyer’s Remorse returns are not accepted. Shipments that arrive damaged must be reported within 14 days of arrival and will be replaced at no cost. Restocking fees are determined by Authentic Models’ customer service department and range 15-30%.
- Bassett Mirror: No Buyer's Remorse returns.
- Best of Times: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the shipment arrival. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Butler Specialty: Butler warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. We will issue up to 100% credit for damaged/defective merchandise. “Remorse” returns must be returned in saleable condition in the original packaging, and will be assessed a 15% re-stocking charge plus any related freight/handling charges.
- Coaster: Should there be a reason for merchandise to be returned, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Coaster may accept claims for returns for damaged merchandise or missing parts within 60 days of invoice.
- Design Toscano: Returns will be refunded only if the product is received back in resalable condition, less a 25% restocking fee. In the event that damage does occur in transit, claims must be reported within 3 business days after delivery. Hold all original cartons and damaged merchandise for inspection in order for us to process a credit or replacement. Please note any visible damage on the bill of lading.
- Furniture of America: Furniture of America provides limited replacement parts and/or allows returns within 30 days starting from the day the order is delivered. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Buyer’s remorse returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee
- GLD Games: Any Buyer's Remorse return incurs a 15% restocking fee plus cost of freight. All returned items must be in "as new" condition. “As new” means that the product is in the same condition in which you received it. Please return the item in the original packaging including any manuals, cabling, and accessories in saleable condition. Items to be returned must be unused and unmodified in any way. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping and we do not refund the original shipping fees under these circumstances. All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the date we ship out your order. Returns are processed within 2-5 business days from when they arrive at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to two weeks.
- Moe’s: No returns. Credit will not be issued for returns without authorization by Moe's. Canceled orders will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. If an item is damaged, a Moe’s Claim Form must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. No credits will be issued for damages on freight shipment unless Moe’s shipped the wrong product. Replacement parts can be provided when parts are available.
- RAM Game Room: If a product has been ordered and the product arrives in excellent working condition and the customer is only requesting the return as a result of personal preference, we will send calls tags and make arrangements for the products to be picked up. Once the items are returned to our warehouse and are in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item, less 25% re-stocking fee & the costs of shipping the item back to us. If an item ships Small Parcel, note that you have 21 days from the delivery of the package(s) to notify us about any damages to the product(s). If a product shipped LTL, note that you have 5 days from the delivery of this pallet(s) to notify us about any concealed damages to the product(s).
- SEI: No returns, unless product is damaged in which case SEI will replace the damaged product.
- Sunny Designs: All returned or refused items received in good condition will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. Any item that is received damaged or not in the original packaging will not receive a credit.
- Winsome Wood: All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) in advance from Winsome via email otherwise shipment will be refused. Returns must be within 30 days of PO ship date. Replacement parts will be sent at no charge if parts list form and proof of purchase is submitted to us within 60 days of purchase. Buyer’s Remorse returns are accepted at 30% restocking fee.

This charming tea server is a wonderful addition to any space for casual or formal entertaining. Hand crafted from select hardwood solids and wood products, its unassuming design masks its charms including a matched cherry/olive ash veneer top and lower shelf and hand carved legs. Its inviting hand-rubbed finish is complemented well by an antique brass finished gallery and casters.
